Position: Day Concierge

Location: Atlas Building, 145 City Road, London, EC1V 1AA

Working Hours: Pitman rota (2on 3off, 2on 2off, 3on 2off) 0600-1800

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

Development Details:

The Atlas Building is a residential building in the City tech area in central London. Located on the axis of Shoreditch, Islington, Farringdon and the City, The Atlas Building is a distinctive 40 story tower in the fast-changing Old Street roundabout area.
The slim residential tower is linked to an adjacent, black cube shaped commercial unit. The development has luxury residential facilities including a swimming pool, gym, and cinema. There is also the provision of a 24hr concierge service.
The Atlas Building is located in a vibrant neighbourhood which is split between two central London boroughs: Hackney and Islington. The area is packed with bars, contemporary galleries, five star and boutique hotels, Michelin-star restaurants, independent music venues and clubs. Old Street TFL station is a stone’s throw away.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.

Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
