Full job description

We're looking for experienced Roofers to join our growing solar installation team. You'll work closely with our electrical teams to deliver seamless, weather-tight solar panel installations on both domestic and commercial properties. If you take pride in your craft, prioritise safety, and want to build a career with a company that invests in your future, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare roofs and install mounting systems, rails and fixings across a range of roof types (tile, slate, flat, fibre cement and standing seam)
Fit solar PV panels to a high, weather-tight standard on domestic and commercial buildings
Work alongside our electrical teams to ensure a seamless, coordinated installation
Carry out all work safely and to the highest quality, following safe working-at-height practices
Maintain a tidy, professional site — our finish and presentation are a point of pride

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Roofer, ideally with solar PV or panel mounting experience (though we provide full training across our divisions)
A strong understanding of safe working at height
Pride in your workmanship and attention to detail
A full UK driving licence
A reliable, professional and team-focused attitude
