Full job description

Job Overview
K.R.S SECURITY LTD are seeking a professional and vigilant SIA Door Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through effective surveillance and loss prevention measures. while providing excellent customer service.

Ad hoc hours lots days available most it will be in the day time or afternoon

£14.24 PER HOUR

PAYE OR SELF EMPLOYED

Self employed higher hourly rate Must have a UTR NUMBER

ZERO HOUR CONTRACTS

Duties

Monitor entrances and exits to prevent unauthorised access and ensure only authorised individuals enter the premises
Enforce venue policies and procedures, including age restrictions and dress codes.
Respond promptly to incidents, providing first aid if necessary and liaising with emergency services when required
Maintain a visible presence to deter antisocial behaviour or violence
Keep detailed incident reports and communicate effectively with team members and management.

Requirements

Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence is essential.
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively
Physically fit with good observation skills and attention to detail
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or special events as required
