Are you a talented and experienced Continental Chef looking for an exciting opportunity in a stunning location? Look no further!

We are currently seeking a skilled Continental Chef to join our team at a prestigious private castle based in Scotland.

Responsibilities:

▪ Plan and prepare a diverse menu of European dishes, including but not limited to French, Italian, Spanish, and other European cuisines. And make sure dishes to the highest standards, ensuring exceptional taste, presentation, and quality.

▪ Develop and create innovative menus that showcase the best of continental cuisine, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.

▪ Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of meals. ▪ Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

▪ Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge. ▪ Assist with stock ordering and monitoring procedures

▪ Supporting the Head Chef to deliver on all company measures & targets

▪ Follow all company operational kitchen process and procedures, achieving all required standards

▪ Perform any reasonable duties as required from time to time in order to contribute to the achievement of business aims and objectives

Requirements:

▪ Must have the legal right work in the UK

▪ Able to work 6days a week

▪ Proven experience as a Continental Chef, preferably in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel setting.

▪ Extensive knowledge of continental cuisine, including French, Italian, Spanish, and other European culinary traditions.

▪ Strong creativity and ability to develop unique and exciting menus.

▪ Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences. ▪ Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

▪ Strong communication and teamwork skills.

▪ Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications. What We Offer: ▪ Competitive salary and benefits package.
