Set within a beautiful Victorian manor house, Delta Hotels by Marriott Preston offers a welcoming retreat just off the M6. With stylish bedrooms, a vibrant Brew Bar, Cast Iron Grill, and excellent leisure facilities, we pride ourselves on delivering memorable stays for both business and leisure guests.

This is a full-time role, working 40 hours over 5 days, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

The impact you’ll make:
You’ll be the face of the hotel - the first hello and the final goodbye. From seamless check-ins to personalised guest interactions, you’ll create standout experiences that keep guests coming back.

Leading a dynamic Front Office team, you’ll set the tone for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued, recognised, and at home from the moment they arrive.

What you’ll do:

Lead and inspire the Front Office team across Reception & Nights
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle any issues with confidence and care
Drive operational excellence, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the department
Manage budgets, payroll, and financial performance to meet targets
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey
Recruit, train, and develop your team to achieve their full potential
Ensure full compliance with Marriott brand standards, safety, and procedures

Experience in Front Office or hotel operations (supervisory/management level preferred)
