About The Role

You’ll play a big part in keeping our customers protected by offering a handy insurance plan that covers household appliances from accidental damage and breakdowns. We offer a competitive basic salary of £29,545.40 but we want you to earn what you deserve from day one. 85% of our team took home £50K OTE last year, and our top earners over £65K - wow!

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

You’ll be on a dialler, speaking to over 60 customers a day, after the point of sale, to find out

After digging into the nitty-gritty, you’ll share the many perks of our AO Care Plan and get them on board, meaning our customers have peace of mind and you hit your targets, win win!

Nobody likes a pushy salesperson, so you’ll take a consultative approach with our customers. We trust you, and your experience, to get the best results.

You’re current working in a like for like, fast-paced, outbound sales environment
You’ve got the drive to hit your goals, both in and out of work
You’re highly money motivated and love working towards weekly sales targets
You have the ability to effectively objection handle, and can turn past failings into lessons for success
You’re resilient and have a positive mindset
