Role Overview
This role is a General Administration position focused on supporting day-to-day business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with tenants, maintaining accurate records, arranging and managing works and tickets, and ensuring administrative processes run smoothly. A proactive approach, strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and outstanding organisational abilities are essential for success in this role.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing general day-to-day business administration
- Communicating professionally with colleagues, contractors and tenants
- Providing a high standard of customer service when handling enquiries
- Logging and maintaining accurate information and records
- Organising and prioritising tasks to ensure timely completion
- Updating and monitoring tickets and workflow systems
- Supporting administrative processes and ensuring they are followed correctly
- Taking ownership of tasks and proactively managing workloads
Key Skills Required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Ability to follow processes and procedures consistently
- Good general IT skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and confidence using business systems and software
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative
- Strong time-management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Property industry knowledge or experience would be advantageous, but is not essential
