Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organised Admin/Receptionist to join our team. This role involves providing excellent administrative support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in various computer applications, and have prior experience in administrative or clerical roles. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organisational skills and attention to detail are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Greeting visitors and managing incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
Managing appointment schedules and maintaining accurate records of completed and in progress jobs.
Ensuring that supplies and stock levels are up to date And order when necessary.
Handling data entry tasks efficiently using relevant software programmes
Assisting with correspondence, emails, and other administrative communications
Organising files, documents, and office supplies to ensure a tidy workspace
Marketing and PR duties will be involved.
Utilising Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks such as invoicing clients.
Supporting the team with general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
Taking card payments
Ensuring adherence to office procedures and confidentiality standards

Skills

Proven office experience with strong organisational abilities
Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Fast and accurate typing skills for data entry tasks
Demonstrated clerical experience supporting busy office environments
Ability to adapt quickly to new software systems and procedures

This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values professionalism. The successful candidate will be a reliable team player with a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational capabilities.
