Gymnastics Coach — Primary School After-School Club (Freelance)

£25 per hour | Primary Schools East/South Manchester

FIFTH Movement delivers physical activity and wellbeing programmes across primary schools in Greater Manchester, PE cover, active clubs, swimming, forest school, CPD and holiday camps.

We're adding a gymnastics coach to our team for an after-school club at our partner schools.

What you'll be doing

You'll plan and deliver gymnastics sessions for primary-aged children across KS1 and KS2 — keeping things structured, safe, and accessible for mixed abilities. Sessions are after school, so you will need to have after-school availability.

Each session will involve:

Planning and delivering age-appropriate gymnastics content
Adapting for different abilities and group sizes
Setting up and packing down equipment safely
Keeping a well-managed, safe environment throughout
Completing registers and session notes
Communicating with school staff as needed

What we need from you

British Gymnastics qualification or equivalent
Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service, or willing to obtain one)
Experience working with children
Reliable availability in Manchester City Centre after school

Desirable: safeguarding training, school or group delivery experience, First Aid certificate.
