Junior Website & Social Media Assistant (School Leaver)About Us

We are a growing B2B women's clothing company supplying fashion products to businesses across the UK and internationally. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Website & Social Media Assistant to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, customer service, and business administration.

This is an excellent opportunity for a school leaver who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and build a career in a fast-paced and creative business environment. No previous professional experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with updating and maintaining the company website with fresh and relevant content.
Help create and schedule engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
Monitor social media channels and support customer engagement.
Assist with digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Research social media trends and competitor activity.
Provide customer service support via email, phone, and social media.
Welcome and assist visiting customers and clients when required.
Support general administrative tasks across the business.
Assist with order processing and fulfilment during busy periods.
Work closely with different departments to support daily business operations.

Skills & Qualities

We are looking for someone who:

Has a strong interest in social media, marketing, and online communication.
Is organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Is confident interacting with customers both online and in person.
Can follow instructions while also contributing their own ideas and creativity.
Is adaptable and willing to support different areas of the business when needed.
Works well as part of a team and maintains a positive attitude.
Is eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
Has basic knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) (desirable but not essential).
