The Role

Electrical Project Manager

Permanent | Office‑based with site travel

We’re recruiting an Electrical Project Manager to deliver domestic, commercial, and industrial projects from tender through to completion. You’ll manage a mix of new‑build, refurbishment, and small works schemes, ensuring safe, high‑quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple electrical projects from estimating to final account
Carry out surveys, quotes, tenders, and technical submissions
Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
Oversee procurement, logistics, and programme milestones
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all sites
Build strong client relationships
Produce reports, RFIs, and handover documentation

Requirements

Experienced Electrical Project Manager
Qualified electrician with strong technical knowledge
Confident running projects independently
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and planning skills
Excellent communication and leadership
Full UK driving licence
ECS Gold/Black Card

· Strong understanding of electrical installations and BS 7671

· City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation 18th Edition (BS 7671)

Desirable

NICEIC QS experience
C&G 2391
Estimating experience
