Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Motorcycle Mechanic to join our busy workshop. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for motorcycles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of motorcycle issues. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and mechanical expertise are highly valued.

Duties

Conduct thorough inspections of motorcycles to identify mechanical faults and issues
Perform routine maintenance and servicing
Diagnose complex mechanical problems using specialised tools and equipment
Repair or replace faulty parts with precision, ensuring safety standards are met
Use hand tools and power tools effectively for disassembly and reassembly tasks
Keep detailed records of repairs, parts used, and work performed for each motorcycle
Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance procedures
Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment to ensure safety and efficiency

Requirements

Proven experience as a Motorcycle Mechanic or similar role with strong mechanical knowledge and qualifications is essential.
Good understanding of motorcycle systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A valid driving licence is preferred
