Full job description

We are looking for an IT Support & Rack and Stack Technician. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with IT support, hardware installation and rack and stack activities.

Job Responsibilities

Provide onsite desktop support for end users
Install and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Perform rack and stack installation of servers, switches, routers, and related hardware
Label and document network and hardware installations
Replace faulty hardware components and perform basic diagnostics
Coordinate with remote technical teams during deployments and troubleshooting

Required Skills

Experience with desktop support and IT field services
Hands-on experience with rack and stack activities
Familiarity with servers, switches, and enterprise hardware
Ability to work independently onsite

Pay: £22.00-£26.00 per hour

Location:

Plymouth, Devon (preferred)

Work Location: In person
