Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with medical professionals to assess, diagnose, and manage a diverse range of health conditions. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced ANP to utilise their specialised skills in a dynamic clinical environment.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking and physical examinations
Develop and implement personalised care plans tailored to individual patient needs
Administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with clinical guidelines
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
Educate patients on health management, medication usage, and lifestyle modifications
Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with legal and organisational standards
Stay updated with current clinical practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the practice

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with advanced practice qualifications recognised by relevant professional bodies
Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
Demonstrated competence in medication administration and management of complex cases
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance to patients and team members
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to healthcare regulations
General Practice experience required

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
