Summary

St Stephen's Church of England Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly organised and proactive Attendance & Admin Officer to join our welcoming and ambitious team. This is a rewarding role for a skilled professional who combines excellent administrative and organisational skills with a commitment to improving outcomes for children and families. The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring and improving attendance, supporting admissions processes and contributing to the effective day-to-day operation of the school office. Working closely with school leaders, staff, families and external agencies, you will analyse attendance information, coordinate attendance procedures, support vulnerable pupils and provide a professional, efficient and welcoming service to our school community.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience of administrative work and managing office systems
Is highly organised and able to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
Communicates confidently and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders
Can work with data to identify trends and take appropriate action
Shares our commitment to inclusion, safeguarding and high standards for all children
Is motivated by making a difference for vulnerable children and families
