We’re now looking for an Agency Account Manager to join us as the primary point of contact for our retained and project clients. You’ll own the relationship, control the rhythm, and make sure our clients always feel confident in Solve.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the glue between our clients and our delivery teams — making sure work runs smoothly, scope is controlled, and no one is ever left wondering what’s happening next.
Day to day, you’ll:
- Act as the first point of contact for retained and project clients.
- Set and maintain a clear communication cadence — onboarding, monthly calls, quarterly reviews.
- Turn client asks into clear briefs for our project management and delivery teams.
- Manage scope creep confidently
- Work closely with our Head of Project Management, Head of Digital Teams, and Marketing/SEO/Web specialists.
- Keep a close eye on account health — Renewal, growth opportunities, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure client reports are ready and meetings are well-prepared.
- Use our project management system effectively to track, communicate, and coordinate.
What we’re looking for
You’ll need:
- Experience in an account management or client services role — ideally in a digital or creative agency.
- Confident, clear communication skills — written and verbal.
- The ability to manage multiple clients and workstreams at once without dropping the ball.
- Commercial awareness — you understand the link between client happiness and business health.
- Calm under pressure, with the ability to navigate conversations with empathy and clarity.
- An organised, process-minded approach with a real eye for detail.
- An enabling, calm presence — control and oversight without micromanagement.
It’d be great if you also have:
- Familiarity with AI, SEO, digital marketing, or web projects.
- Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or ClickUp.
- An understanding of retainer-based agency models.
