We are seeking a passionate Teacher of Lexis to join our team at our Roundhouse campus. This is a fantastic opportunity to support and inspire a diverse cohort of students, helping them develop essential language and communication skills and progress towards their academic and career goals within a supportive and forward-thinking college environment.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Teacher of Lexis, delivering high-quality teaching that inspires and challenges students. You will play a key role in driving student progress, supporting achievement, and creating engaging learning experiences across a range of delivery modes. The role offers the chance to contribute to curriculum development, embrace innovative teaching approaches, and support students in reaching their full potential.

About You

We are seeking a committed and adaptable teacher with experience teaching ESOL and Maths, particularly to 16–18-year-old students. You will hold a recognised teaching qualification such as a PGCE or Certificate in Education. With strong interpersonal and organisational skills, you will be confident in curriculum planning and supporting diverse students, including those from refugee or asylum-seeking backgrounds. You will be IT proficient and dedicated to continuous professional development and high-quality teaching.
