Full job description

We are looking for a reliable and organised Summer Assistant to support our team during our busy move-in and move-out period. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for temporary summer work and hands-on experience in property operations and accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing inbound and outbound calls with tenants
Chasing direct debits and outstanding actions to ensure they are set up in time
Updating and maintaining data accurately within our systems
General administrative support around check-outs and changeover
Supporting the team with general duties during peak periods

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail
Good organisational and time-management skills
Comfortable with paperwork and basic admin tasks
A proactive, can-do attitude
Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
