Qualified Dental Nurse, Patient Experience & Treatment Coordinator – Kaizen Market Harborough

Part-Time Available:

Working Schedule

8:45 AM - 6 PM

Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. (and potentially Wednesday)

This isn’t just another dental role. It's a role with real purpose.

This is for the person who loves dentistry—not just assisting, but truly owning the patient journey. You won’t be switching between ‘nurse mode’ and ‘reception cover’—this is a unified role where you guide your patients from consultation to completion in the same day, giving them the confidence, clarity and care they deserve.

If you thrive on building relationships, explaining treatments clearly, and offering an experience that feels personal, organised and premium, this is your role.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own the full patient experience – You’re the one patient sees from start to finish, ensuring every step is smooth, well communicated, and supportive.
Be their trusted advisor – Help patients understand treatment options, answer their questions, and make them feel informed and empowered.
Deliver boutique-style service – Think high-end hospitality: warm welcomes, calm guidance, and impeccable organisation.
Support the clinical team behind the scenes – Prepare, coordinate, and make sure everything flows perfectly from chairside to check-out.

Who This Role Is For

GDC-registered Dental Nurse with previous experienceFront-of-house confidence – you’re polished, personable, and professional
Natural communicator – you put people at ease and explain things in a clear, calm way
Organised and proactive – you think ahead and make sure nothing gets missed
Ready for more responsibility – you’re not just assisting, you’re leading the patient journey

Qualifications and Experience

Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certifications or equivalent experience.
GDC Registered
Dental Receptionist experience is essential.
Treatment Coordinator Experience is desirable
