We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Logistics and Warehouse team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional to lead day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and effective warehouse operations while supporting business objectives and customer requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with management and cross-functional teams to oversee material movements, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational performance are achieved. This role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate teams, solve problems, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay & Benefits:

£17.06 per hour, 40 hours per week
Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm as core hours of the business
Quarterly bonus scheme of up to £300 per quarter!

Key responsiblities:

Support and oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse
Lead and coordinate material movement activities to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery.
Assign tasks and supervise warehouse team members to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Train, develop, and support employees to build capability and maintain high performance standards.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and other departments to coordinate the movement of goods throughout the business.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and operational performance.
Communicate regularly with management on warehouse performance, issues, and improvement initiatives.
Support departmental cost analysis and corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing leadership role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling processes.
Manufacturing environment experience is essential.
Valid forklift licence and relevant driving experience.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.
