Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant, Administrator, and Marketing Professional to support a best selling crime author and his group of companies.

This multifaceted role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks across four of his companies, coordinating schedules, and overseeing the various social media presences to enhance brand visibility.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a flair for public relations, and experience in social media management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organisational growth while developing a diverse skill set.

Duties

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, organising meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assist with personal errands and schedule appointments on behalf of the business owner.
Oversee and develop the organisations' social media channels, creating engaging content to promote brand awareness.
Monitor social media activity, respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers professionally.
Coordinate public relations activities and assist in preparing press releases or promotional materials.
Maintain monthly invoicing via Quickbooks.
Maintain organised digital files and records to ensure efficient information retrieval.
Handle incoming calls and emails promptly, ensuring effective communication within the organisations.

Requirements

Proven experience in administrative support or personal assistance roles.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and content management tools.
Experience with HubSpot would be an advantage.
WordPress experience & SEO.
Quickbooks knowledge and experience.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in public relations or brand promotion is desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive attitude with a flexible approach to changing priorities.
Full UK Driving License.

The position will be 20% admin & finance, 80% marketing with freedom and autonomy to create and manage marketing campaigns.

Pay: £26,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
