Student Attendance and Staff Cover Administrative Assistant

Haileybury Turnford, Cheshunt

H4 SP6-SP9 £25,989-£27,254 Full Time Actual Pay 0.462 FTE £12,016-£12,601

Hours and Weeks: 20 hours per week for 39 weeks per year Term Time Only Mon to Fri 7.30 – 11.30

To arrange cover for staff absence, to organise allocation of rooms for exams and other internal events. To monitor student attendance and follow up all absences and work with colleagues to improve attendance. To maintain records for both cover and attendance on the Management Information System (MIS).

Haileybury Turnford is an oversubscribed six form entry, 11-19 mixed academy in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. Our vision is to be the best school we can be, developing every aspect of our students to ensure that they have a strong sense of belonging, and can thrive, flourish and achieve.
