SALES CO-ORDINATOR (Full Time)

DOWNLOAD JOB SPECIFICATION

Location: Pioneer Centre, Cleobury Mortimer, Kidderminster, DY14 8JG

Hours: 37.5 hrs per week. Generally, Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm, flexible for occasional weekends or evening cover

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to be instrumental in the Sales growth and Administration of our bookings system.

The Pioneer Centre is an established Activity and Conference Centre providing services for Schools, Youth Groups, Faith Groups and Not for Profit Organisations.

The main purpose of this role:

Reporting to the General Manager and working as part of a team, we are looking for a person who will:

- Respond and process all enquiries in a timely manner and to action all tasks on the booking and email system.
- To follow up provisional bookings and enquiries on a daily basis.
- Researching, creating, and approaching new customers, recording detailed lists.
- To support the Bookings Administrator and Guest Services where necessary.

This role is required all year and not just during school terms.
