This is for a self Employed position daily chair rent,,,,

Join our dynamic team as a Hairdresser and unleash your creativity while delivering exceptional beauty experiences! In this vibrant role, you will provide expert hair styling, cutting, coloring, and grooming services that leave clients feeling confident and beautiful. Your passion for hairstyling combined with excellent customer service will help create a welcoming environment where clients return time and again. Responsibilities

Deliver professional haircuts, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and features
Provide additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hair treatments to enhance client satisfaction
Maintain a clean, organized work station adhering to health and safety standards
Engage with clients at the front desk to schedule appointments, upsell products and services, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish
Mentor junior staff members by sharing expertise in barbering techniques and customer service best practices
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized recommendations
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling and beauty treatments to continually elevate service quality

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Barber with strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling
Knowledge of store management principles is a plus for coordinating salon operations
Skilled in customer service with excellent communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients
Experience with front desk duties such as appointment scheduling and product upselling
Ability to perform specialized services like eyelash extensions and makeup application confidently
Passionate about mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative environment
Valid licensing or certification required by local regulations for hairstyling or barbering
