Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented FireScec Doorset Assembly Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality fire-rated doorsets, ensuring they meet safety standards and customer specifications. Your proactive approach and mechanical aptitude will contribute to efficient production processes, helping us deliver reliable safety solutions to our clients. This position offers an engaging environment where your skills directly impact safety and security in various settings.

Responsibilities

Assemble fire-rated doorsets using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment with precision and care
Follow detailed assembly instructions and safety protocols to ensure quality standards are met
Conduct inspections of components and finished doorsets to verify proper fit, function, and compliance with specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the production process
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while adhering to quality standards
Assist in inventory management by accurately tracking parts and materials used during assembly
Report any defects or issues promptly to supervisors for resolution

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions
Proficiency in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, hammers, and wrenches
Experience operating power tools safely and effectively in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Prior assembly experience, preferably within a warehouse or industrial setting
Familiarity with warehouse procedures including inventory control and material handling
Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
