Full job description

We are an established artisan bakery and pâtisserie dedicated to exceptional craftsmanship, quality ingredients, and beautifully executed products. We are seeking talented professionals to join our team in the following role:

Responsibilities

Produce artisan breads, sourdoughs, and laminated viennoiserie products.
Manage dough preparation, fermentation, shaping, and baking processes.
Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in daily production.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Assist with product development.

Requirements

Proven experience in artisan bread and/or viennoiserie production.
Strong understanding of fermentation and lamination techniques.
Ability to work early morning shifts and meet production schedules.
Passion for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
