Job Overview
We are seeking a confident and personable Lash Model to represent our brand and showcase our lash extension services. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in beauty and cosmetics to gain practical experience in a professional environment. As a Lash Model, you will receive professional lash treatments in exchange for providing feedback and sharing your experience with potential clients. No prior experience is necessary, but a keen interest in beauty and makeup application is desirable. This paid position is ideal for those looking to enhance their confidence and develop their understanding of the beauty industry.

Duties

Receive customised lash extension treatments performed by our professional technicians
Provide honest and constructive feedback on the lash application process and overall experience
Assist with colour matching or style preferences to ensure client satisfaction
Share your experience on social media platforms, including posting photos and reviews (if comfortable)
Engage with clients courteously, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment before, during, and after treatments
Promote the brand positively through your interactions and social media presence

Experience

No prior experience required; training will be provided by our professional team
Basic makeup application skills are beneficial but not essential
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
Excellent communication skills to articulate your experience clearly and confidently
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour with a passion for beauty and cosmetics
