Part-Time Receptionist

Location: Luton
Salary: £13.45 per hour (Real Living Wage)
Language: English

We are currently seeking a professional, welcoming and experienced Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis, with an immediate start available.

This is a front-facing role and would suit someone who is confident, well-presented and comfortable being the first point of contact for visitors and callers. We are proud to be a Real Living Wage Employer, committed to fair pay and valuing our staff.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answering and directing phone calls
Managing the reception area and ensuring it remains tidy and welcoming
Handling basic administrative tasks
Supporting the wider team as required

(Duties will be discussed in more detail at interview.)

About You

Previous experience in a receptionist or front-facing role
Well-presented, approachable and professional
Confident communicator with a polite and clear telephone manner
Able to work effectively in a busy environment and cope well under pressure
Reliable, organised and able to work independently
Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
