Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Part-Time Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the office. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth client communication, accurate documentation, and timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to client emails and phone enquiries.
Follow internal procedures to create, prepare, and send project proposals.
Monitor and follow up on sent proposals to ensure client responses.
Answer general client queries, providing accurate information or escalating as necessary.
Assist with general administrative tasks to support the office and team workflow.

Skills and Qualities:

Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and client support.
Comfortable using email, phone systems, and basic office software.
