Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to uphold the high standards of our establishment.

Duties

Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, bar, and service stations
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Support barista duties, including preparing speciality coffees and beverages
Provide information about menu items, specials, and dietary options to guests
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods

Requirements

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is highly desirable
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
Experience in food preparation or working in a restaurant environment is advantageous
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with a friendly demeanour
Ability to work efficiently under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Barista experience or familiarity with coffee making is a plus but not essential

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
