Location: Burscough, Ormskirk
Salary: From £25,900 + Bonus Scheme
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

At BT Local Business Liverpool, Chester & North Wales, we’re looking for an organised and motivated individual to join our growing team as an Order Processing Administrator.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a supportive business that genuinely invests in its people. Full training will be provided through the BT Training Academy, giving you the tools and knowledge to succeed from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

Handling inbound calls from existing business customers
Raising and managing customer orders from point of sale through to installation
Keeping customer records and CRM systems up to date
Monitoring orders and proactively resolving any issues
Ensuring all orders meet BT compliance and ordering standards
Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
