Job Summary

We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Care Navigator/Receptionist to join our team. As one of the first people our patients meet or speak to, you'll play a vital role in helping them access the right care while providing a warm, professional welcome and excellent customer service. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to support the smooth running of the practice and make a genuine difference to our patients and local community

Duties

Welcoming patients and visitors, ensuring everyone receives a friendly and professional service.
Answering telephone calls and helping patients access the most appropriate service or appointment.
Booking, amending and managing appointments accurately across a range of clinical services.
Registering patients, updating records, issuing medications/prescriptions where appropriate, and maintaining accurate information on our clinical systems.
Responding to patient enquiries both face to face, over the telephone and electronically with confidence and compassion.
Working closely with GPs, nurses and the wider practice team to ensure patients receive the right care at the right time.
