Jill Jones Bridal is Northern Ireland’s largest bridal boutique, offering an elevated and inclusive bridal experience. We are seeking a creative, proactive and highly organised Marketing & Content Executive to take ownership of our brand presence across digital and in-store touchpoints.
This is a standalone role suited to someone who can confidently manage content creation, social media, customer engagement, events and marketing activity while maintaining a cohesive luxury brand image.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Plan, create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
- Capture and edit high-quality photography and video content for organic and paid marketing campaigns.
- Grow audience engagement, brand awareness and online presence across all digital channels.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all customer touchpoints, ensuring content aligns with the boutique’s premium brand positioning.
- Produce and distribute regular email newsletters and marketing communications.
- Request and manage customer feedback, reviews and testimonials from recent brides.
- Organise, coordinate and promote boutique events, designer trunk shows and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business growth, brand awareness and appointment generation.
- Analyse performance across social media, website traffic, email marketing and digital campaigns, providing regular reporting and actionable recommendations.
- Identify trends, best-performing content and customer behaviours to determine where marketing efforts should be focused.
- Use data and insights to maximise engagement, reach, enquiries and appointment bookings.
- Manage and continually improve website content, ensuring information remains accurate, relevant and optimised for conversion.
- Maximise website SEO performance through content optimisation, keyword research, blog content and ongoing improvements to search visibility and rankings.
- Monitor key marketing metrics and recommend new opportunities to increase enquiries, appointments and sales.
- Build relationships with bridal designers, suppliers and local partners for collaborative marketing opportunities.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform developments, SEO best practice and digital marketing innovations.
- Bring fresh ideas, creative thinking and strategic recommendations to the business.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing, content creation or digital marketing role.
- Strong photography, videography and editing skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or equivalent creative software.
- Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and emerging social platforms.
- Strong eye for composition, styling and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating engaging short-form video content.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence communicating with customers.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo would be advantageous.
- Experience within luxury retail, fashion, bridal or lifestyle brands would be beneficial but not essential.

Location and Working Pattern
- Hybrid role, combining remote working with regular attendance at our boutique. The successful candidate will be expected to work on site as required to support business needs, content creation, events, launches and key trading periods.
Hours
- 35 hours flexible per week
Success in this role will be measured by growth in audience engagement, website traffic, appointment enquiries, event attendance, customer reviews, email performance and overall brand visibility.
Pay: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
