Full job description

Fire and Security Engineer Package Overview:

£32,000 - £36,000 Per Annum (Depending on skill level & experience)
Full-Time
Monday to Friday
Area Covered: Kent & South East
All Levels of experience considered, must have basic knowledge of installation, repairs and servicing.
This salary is inclusive of all hours required to perform your duties. No additional payments will be made for overtime worked.
Monthly retainer of £150 paid in addition to salary for on call rota.

Fire and Security Engineer Role and Responsibilities:

Install, Service & Repair a wide range of Fire & Security systems including Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV & Access Control Systems on commercial and residential sites.
Diagnose and repair faults or malfunctions in security systems.
Deliver technical support and assistance to end-users.
Operate on high-profile and prestigious client sites.
Keep detailed and accurate records of all completed tasks and service activities.
Comply with all health and safety guidelines and regulations.

Fire and Security Engineer Skills and Experience Required:

A full UK driving licence (Essential)
Proven experience in Fire & Security, with practical expertise in the installation, servicing, and repair of fire alarms, intruder alarms, access control, and CCTV systems.
Solid understanding of Fire & Security system installation methods, equipment, and tools, along with a good working knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
Knowledge of a range of manufacturers.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
Flexible and adaptable to varying work hours.
