This is a combined role spanning central Marketing Communications and Engagement Marketing. The postholder will ensure continuity of day-to-day brand and campaign activity, while also supporting divisional initiatives linked to events and engagement.
This is a hands-on role requiring excellent organisational skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate activity across multiple functions and external partners reporting to the Head of Marketing.
What will the role involve?
This role spans two exciting areas:
Central Marketing Communications – delivering seasonal and F&B campaigns, managing branded materials (menus, brochures, templates), working with our Digital Team to keep web content fresh, and ensuring our hotels have the assets they need.
Engagement & Events Marketing – supporting weddings, conferences, and divisional events with targeted campaigns and local activations that drive awareness and bookings.
You’ll liaise daily with hotel GMs, Sales & Revenue teams, central functions, and external partners (designers, copywriters, production) to make sure everything lands on time, on brand, and with impact.
Are you Hand Picked?
- We are looking for current Marketing Management experience within a luxury hospitality brand.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confident working with external suppliers (designers, copywriters, production) to deliver assets.
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, websites, and social.
- Excellent attention to detail (copy, design, brand standards).
- Ability to build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders (hotel GMs, central functions).
Desirable:
- Experience in events or engagement marketing.
- Knowledge of CMS/web content management.
- Experience in multi-site or luxury brand environments.
