Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Bar Staff member and become the heartbeat of our venue! Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, with precision and flair
Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver prompt service to enhance their experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible serving practices
Manage cash transactions efficiently using basic math skills and POS systems
Restock bar supplies regularly to keep the station well-equipped for busy periods
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours and special events

Experience

Previous experience working in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service standards is advantageous
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy times
Excellent serving skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a lively atmosphere
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Familiarity with restaurant or bar operations will help you hit the ground running
