Monday – Friday | 40 hours per week

As a Repairs Controller, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the repair of aircraft components that keep our fleet operating safely and efficiently. This position is essential in supporting Jet2.com’s C-Checks and day-to-day operations.

What will you be doing?

Managing and monitoring unserviceable aircraft components to maintain stock levels and meet demands
Distributing updates to relevant departments and ensuring actions are completed to high standards and within agreed timescales
Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to maximise the availability of spare parts across the fleet
Building strong supplier relationships to reduce costs and lead times

What we’re looking for

Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness
Ability to adapt to changing market requirements
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to influence where necessary
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confidence to challenge and drive improvements
Experience in managing vendor relationships
Willingness to travel within the UK and overseas if required
