About the Role
As a First Responder, you will play a crucial role in our client journey, speaking with prospective clients, understanding their circumstances, and providing reassurance and guidance before introducing them to the appropriate legal specialists.
This is a busy, rewarding role that requires confidence, professionalism, empathy, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to inbound enquiries from potential clients.
- Conducting initial conversations to understand client circumstances.
- Explaining our services and fee structure clearly and professionally.
- Building trust and confidence with prospective clients.
- Managing client information accurately within our systems.
- Working closely with solicitors and legal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service at all times.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a First Responder, client intake, sales, customer service, or similar front-line role.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Confidence speaking with potential clients over the telephone.
- The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
Legal knowledge or experience within the legal sector is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
