A E Evans produce a superior range of Playground Equipment, manufactured from both Timber and Steel and as one of the leading companies in its field in the UK, A E Evans offers a variety of opportunities for employees to grow as part of a professional and disciplined team.

This role is for a Playground Equipment Production Operative with A E Evans in Wrexham.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing timber-based children's playground equipment.
Using hand tools, automated saws, and sanding machinery.
Assisting CNC machine operators.
Performing manual handling and heavy lifting.
Working as part of a production team while also being able to work independently.

Skills and Experience They're Looking For

Essential

Good physical fitness.
Full driving licence.
Reliable and motivated attitude.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Flexibility to work weekends when required.

Desirable

Experience in timber manufacturing or woodworking.
Experience using production machinery or workshop tools.
CNC-related experience.

Working Hours

Permanent, full-time position.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Possible evening shift work with shift allowance.
