Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth daily operations across various departments. Duties

Organize and maintain files, records, and documents using digital tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, updating databases.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating office activities to optimize workflow.
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence with attention to detail.
Handle clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and ordering office supplies.
Ensure the smooth operation of daily office functions through effective organizational skills and proactive problem-solving.

Requirements

Previous office experience demonstrating strong organizational and administrative skills.
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar), and basic data entry.
Strong typing skills with high accuracy for data entry tasks.
Demonstrated clerical experience supporting busy office environments.
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
