Full job description

Your job

We are looking for an experienced Van & Trailer Driver to join our team based in Pocklington, working Monday to Friday – Days. Your role will be to safely and efficiently deliver Noxdown products to our customers regionally. Using a Van and trailer. (no regular weekend work)

Your employer

Noxdown is an industry leading producer and supplier of AdBlue®, AUS40 and other bespoke urea solutions to a variety of customers and industries. Our products are sold in Bulk, IBC containers, barrels and cans. We manufacture at our production facility in Pocklington and deliver right across the UK.

Noxdown are owned by the Portland Group of companies, a long-established family owned company within the energy sector, with operations in the UK, mainland Europe and North America.

Duties of the role are as follows:

Driving a Van and Trailer to deliver our products to customer sites, multidrop..
Loading the van/trailer with product as required.
Completing relevant delivery paperwork.
Complete daily vehicle safety checks.
Keeping the vehicle clean and tidy.
Complying with all driver’s hours and working time regulations.
Following customer and company guidelines and processes.

Your skills/background

Driving license with no more than six points
Tachograph Card
*Must have* Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
Good understanding of Driver Transport Legislation
Strong safety focus

· Availability Mon-Fri

Van and Trailer driving experience
Fork Lift experience desirable
Attention to detail and experience completing paperwork.
· Team Player
· Willingness to go above and beyond.

5 day working week, Mon to Fri

In addition, CPC training hours, courses and CPC accreditation and driver medicals are all paid for. Full Induction, Training and PPE will be provided.
