✈About Quickmach Engineering

Quickmach Engineering is a leading sub-contract manufacturer with 75+ skilled employees. We specialise in producing intricate precision-machined components for the Aerospace, Medical, and Oil & Gas industries.

We're seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join our growing team and help us maintain the highest quality standards!

Working Pattern:

Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:00

Friday: 07:30-12:30

Key Responsibilities

Dimensional and visual inspection of CNC machined components to tight tolerances
Verification of subcontract plating and painting processes
Visual and mechanical inspection using a wide range of metrology equipment including CMM's
Completion of inspection reports
Accurately reporting non-conformance
Equipment calibration

Requirements:

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
Good attention to detail
Analytical and methodical mindset
High level of integrity
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn and ability to investigate, cross reference, and problem solve
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
