Job Summary
The Resourcing Advisor acts as a trusted partner to the College, providing expert recruitment guidance and support to hiring managers. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring an efficient and effective recruitment process.
Working in a hands-on capacity, the Resourcing Advisor actively drives recruitment activity, utilising a range of attraction strategies, targeted campaigns, and innovative sourcing methods to attract high-quality talent.
A key aspect of the role is contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, championing best practice and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, efficient service. This includes a strong focus on enhancing the candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey, promoting the College as an employer of choice.
About You
You will have:
- a CIPD Level 5 qualification or demonstrable equivalent professional experience.
- proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- strong working knowledge of HR systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with the ability to utilise these tools effectively to support recruitment and HR operations.
The ability to use the Welsh language at a basic level (or willingness to undertake training) is desirable.

Requirements & Compliance
- Safeguarding: Appointment is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check and EWC registration (costs covered by the candidate).
- Qualifications: Lecturers must hold or be willing to achieve a teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) within a set period.
