Full job description

At MSV Housing we’re committed to making sure our customers have good quality safe homes and our Wellbeing Officer’s are key to making this happen.

Join us in delivering a compassionate, customer-focused service that supports vulnerable and at-risk customers to sustain their tenancies. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, you’ll take a person-centred approach to empower individuals while helping to deliver key objectives within our Neighbourhood Strategy.

We are looking for candidates that have a passion to advocate on behalf of people and communities.

What do our Wellbeing Officer’s do;

Build strong, effective relationships with internal teams and external partners to support customers holistically.
Assess at-risk customers and deliver targeted interventions, including referrals and signposting to appropriate support services.
Manage and monitor cases, ensuring customers have all support in place.
Provide proactive, person-centred support through home visits, crisis intervention, and multi-agency working.
Contribute to service improvement and the Neighbourhood Strategy, using insight and case management to enhance customer outcomes.

What we are looking for;

Good standard of education with minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent at Grade C or above including Maths and English.
Experience of advocacy on behalf of customers.
Good understanding of mental health and vulnerable customer needs
Experience of working with customers with Mental Health and Vulnerabilities, along with relevant partners
Managing and prioritising a demanding workload.
