The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Field Care Supervisor to join our team. This is a key position ensuring the highest standards of care and providing guidance and supervision to our care staff.

This role combines office-based responsibilities, field visits, and flexibility to pick up care calls when needed. You will work closely with the Registered Manager to maintain excellent care delivery and compliance with CQC standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct client reviews and risk assessments
Supervise, support, and mentor carers in the field
Carry out spot checks and quality monitoring
Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Support training and development of care staff
Participate in the on-call rota
Help with rota planning
Cover care visits where required to support the team

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the care sector (supervisory experience preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
