Full job description

Summary of the role:

We are looking for passionate customer service Host/ Hostess that loves variety in their day-to-day work life as every day is a different day and potentially different site / client. This role would be working on of our client's sites in Manchester City Centre alongside a wider front of house team.

Main Duties:

Take ownership of reception to create the best experience for staff and building occupiers.
Greet visitors, staff, and clients warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
Collaborate with the Building Manager and wider facilities team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with on site with events, from charity fundraisers to seasonal celebrations and company campaigns.
Be a point of contact for guests and staff, ensuring security standards and guest registration are upheld.
Manage the reception area while supporting FM administrative tasks and event planning during quieter periods.
Organise and host fun, interactive events for employees and guests, creating memorable experiences.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and presentation at all times.
Be adaptable and ready to step into any role, from host to entertainer, while maintaining a personable service.
Working base hours 08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday.

Qualifications:

· Experience within Customer Service

· Exceptional written and oral communication

Good Interpersonal/people skills
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints.

· Attention to detail

Excellent IT skills within Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
