Duties

Provide expert hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and lifestyle
Perform barbering services such as fades, shaves, beard trims, and grooming treatments with precision and care
Deliver outstanding customer service by listening attentively to client needs and offering personalized recommendations
Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and payment processing
Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques, offering constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative environment
Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions or makeup application to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
Maintain cleanliness of workstations and ensure all tools are sanitized according to health standards

Skills

Proven experience in store management or salon operations is highly desirable for overseeing daily activities efficiently
Expertise in barbering techniques combined with a strong foundation in hairdressing and styling
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships
Knowledge of front desk procedures including appointment booking systems and point-of-sale transactions
Ability to mentor colleagues by demonstrating techniques and providing guidance on best practices
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members while maintaining a lively professional demeanor
