Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nightclub/Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations of our lively entertainment venue. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for guests while managing staff, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring the venue runs smoothly throughout the night. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with strong management skills and a passion for hospitality and guest services.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of venue operations during evening hours, including staff management, guest experience, and safety protocols.
Lead and motivate a team of bar staff, security personnel, and event staff to deliver exceptional service.
Coordinate event schedules, manage bookings, and ensure timely setup and breakdown of events.
Monitor guest interactions to ensure high standards of hospitality and resolve any issues promptly.
Enforce venue policies, health and safety regulations, and licensing requirements to maintain compliance.
Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and tact.
Manage stock levels for bar supplies and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
Ensure the venue is clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times.
Develop promotional strategies to attract new patrons and retain regular guests.

Qualifications

Proven experience in management within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanour.
Knowledge of health & safety regulations relevant to nightlife venues.
Organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy nights.
Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and special events as required.
Previous experience in managing alcohol service is desirable but not essential. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering memorable experiences for guests while maintaining efficient venue operations.

Pay: From £17.00 per hour
