The Operational Opportunity

As Junior Operations Manager, you will gain direct exposure to senior decision-making, working alongside consultants on business planning, performance tracking, and growth projects. You will be expected to identify process improvements, coordinate team activity, and represent the firm at professional events. Daily Responsibilities and Impact

The Junior Operations Manager will support the smooth running of various departments by focusing on the following areas:

Coordinating daily operational activities to ensure all business functions are aligned with company goals.

Supporting senior management with business planning, report preparation, and project execution.
Liaising with internal teams and external clients to ensure clear communication and professional service delivery.
