Job Overview

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of office areas, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning techniques
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure facilities are well-equipped
Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are followed diligently
Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing extra attention or maintenance issues that require reporting
Follow health and safety protocols to create a secure environment for everyone on-site
Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning schedules efficiently and uphold high standards of hygiene

Requirements

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred
Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to thoroughness and quality
Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout shifts
Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties promptly
Ability to follow instructions precisely and work independently or as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if needed
